How to Walk Your Cat on a Leash

Im trying to train my cat on a leash. how (say) is to put the harness before meals if the cat associates the harness with good things. What if our power arragnement is such that just came out of the food (dry) throughout the day? I have to bring food, wait for my cat wonders where she went to the harness, then feed? So far, training has been working sheets. I returned to the grave until it kind of did not care, and put my belt. but I tried to take him out because he loves going out, so I thought it would be useful for all association belt / harness with the idea of the good things. but when I opened the door, it twists in the harness (which also makes me think that I get very lazy).
