sure, start with the litter box in the bath room, then set it on top of the closed toilet. then you’ll need to rig up a self supported tray that sits below the toilet rim. after a bit take the litter away. and there you go.

a friend of mine did …
she got a special litter box made for this kind of thing .. and it sits on the toilet seat. your cat will learn to jump up there to use the box … and after a certain period of time you end up taking it away …and then they will use the toilet.
it worked .. i couldn’t hardly believe it .. but it did …
now if only the cat would flush …..

What they said is absolutely correct. Just be sure to do it in steps. And you need to let time pass between steps to make sure you kitty has got the right idea. Right now my kitten isn’t big enough to jump on the toilet seat but when he’s of age he will totally be using the toilet. =D

I have toilet trained my 3 cats. The easiest way to do this is to get a kit. There is a web site out there with training tips on it – kittygoespotty.com.
